本实验用放射免疫测定法观察了中性粘多糖对蒙古种沙土鼠缺血脑区β－内啡肽样免疫活性物质（ｉｒ－β－ＥＰ）和强啡肽Ａ１～１３样免疫活性物质（ｉｒ－ＤｙｎＡ１～１３）的影响。结果显示：缺血前１０ｄ，每天从胃管给予不同剂量（２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，８０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）的中性粘多糖后，缺血皮层和海马区ｉｒ－β－ＥＰ含量降低，而ｉｒ－ＤｙｎＡ１～１３含量则无明显变化。
In this experiment, the radioimmunoassay was used to observe the effects of neutral mucopolysaccharide on the expression of β-endorphin-like immunoreactive substance (ir-β-EP) and dynorphin A1-13-like immunoreactive substances in Mongolian gerbils ir-DynA1 ~ 13). The results showed that the content of ir-β-EP in the ischemic cortex and hippocampus decreased with the administration of neutral mucopolysaccharide (20mg / kg, 40mg / kg, 80mg / kg) ir-DynA1 ~ 13 content no significant change.
