谷物联合收割机脱粒装置凹板的分离能力,直接影响机器的工作质量和生产率,凹板的长度是影响凹板分离率的主要因素之一。本文分析了凹板的分离性能及其谷粒通过凹板的规律,导出了凹板分离率的公式,可作为正确设计和选择凹板长度的参考。根据对国内外谷物联合收割机参数的分析,和导出的计算公式,对我国谷物联合收割机的设计提出了建议。一九七九年改进后的东风—5谷物联合收割机的试验结果表明,本文所探讨的问题初步得到了实践的验证。

In this paper, the separation performance of intaglio plate and the law of its grain passing through the intaglio plate are analyzed. The formula of the separation rate of intaglio plate is deduced. It can be used as a reference to correctly design and select the length of intaglio plate. Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign grain combine harvester parameters and the derived formula, the design of the grain combine harvester in our country is put forward. The improved DF-5 grain combine harvester in 1979 shows that the problems discussed in this paper have been initially validated by practice.
