金秋十月,伟大的中华人民共和国迎来了60华诞。在这波澜壮阔的60年,我国城乡建设事业成就斐然,有数据为证:1949年,全国共有132个城市,城镇化水平仅为10.6%,2008年,我国城市总数增加到655个,城镇化水平提高到45.68%。2008年,全国城市市政公用设施建设固定资产投资达到7236亿元,比1980年增加了501.5倍。
