从三七(Panax notoginsenq)根中提取的槲皮素和皂甙可有效地治疗循环性疾病和作为保健食品。三七根干粉(1kg)用80%乙醇(10L)提取24h,3次,合并提取液,真空浓缩为1L,以聚酰胺树脂柱吸附皂甙和槲皮素。用水选择性地洗脱皂甙,用10%,20%,30%,乙醇和水的混合液结晶;皂甙水溶液通过Dowex 50树脂柱,用60%和70%乙醇依次洗脱,浓缩,丙酮结晶得到纯皂甙,即R_(b1)和R_(g1)。用小鸡心细胞体外试验含槲皮素和皂甙的化合物在心肌缺氧时的作用。以标记细胞核的方法测定。结果表明:化合物在50mg/ml培养基中能增加心肌细胞存活率,
Quercetin and saponins extracted from Panax notoginsenq roots are effective in treating circulatory diseases and as health foods. Panax notoginseng dry powder (1kg) was extracted with 80% ethanol (10L) for 24h, three times, and the combined extracts were concentrated in vacuum to 1L. The saponins and quercetin were adsorbed on the polyamide resin column. The saponin was selectively eluted with water, crystallized with a mixture of 10%, 20%, 30%, ethanol, and water; the aqueous solution of saponin was passed through a Dowex 50 resin column, sequentially eluted with 60% and 70% ethanol, concentrated, and crystallized from acetone. Pure saponins, R_(b1) and R_(g1). The effect of quercetin and saponin-containing compounds on myocardial hypoxia was tested in vitro with chick heart cells. Determined by the method of marking the nucleus. The results showed that the compound can increase the survival rate of cardiomyocytes in 50 mg/ml medium.
