1999年是实现国有大中型企业改革目标的重要一年。只有紧紧围绕企业改革和经济工作中心开展党的工作,才能为确定企业市场竞争主体地位和实现利润最大化的目标,提供坚强有力的保证和支持。根据形势的客观要求和企业的实际情况,当前要着重统一以下四个方面的思想认识,消除四种错误倾向,做好四项工作,不断增强围绕经济抓党建的自觉性,促进各项事业的健康发展。
1999 is an important year for realizing the goal of the reform of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. Only by carrying out Party work closely around the enterprise reform and economic work centers can we provide strong and effective assurances and support for the determination of the dominant position in the enterprise market competition and the realization of profit maximization. According to the objective requirements of the situation and the actual conditions of the enterprises, we should focus on unifying the following four aspects of ideological understanding, eliminating the four erroneous tendencies, doing the four tasks well, and constantly enhancing the consciousness of party building around the economy and promoting various undertakings healthy growth.
