改革开放以来,城乡经济协调发展,城市与农村多年分割状态尽管没有被完全打破,但城乡经济结构发生了很大变化,在资金、技术、劳动力等方面逐步渗透、融合。城乡居民收入大幅度提高,生活条件不断改善。但近年来城乡居民收入差距持续扩大的趋势又影响了城乡经济的健康发展。如何促进农民增收,缩小城乡居民收入差距,是我们当前应探讨的问题之一。
Since the reform and opening up, the coordinated development of urban and rural economy, urban and rural areas for many years although not completely broken state, but the economic structure of urban and rural areas undergone great changes in the capital, technology, labor and other aspects of infiltration and integration. The income of urban and rural residents increased substantially, living conditions improved continuously. However, in recent years, the continuous widening income gap between urban and rural residents has also affected the healthy development of urban and rural economy. How to promote farmers’ income and narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents is one of the problems that we should explore now.
