根据中国金属学会(85)金学字第012号文通知,轧钢学会理事会第一次会议于1985年8月27～28日在北京召开。出席会议的理事及有关代表共38人,轧钢学会名誉副理事长李松堂同志也出席了会议。中国金属学会秘书长陶少杰同志出席了会议,并就中国金属学会成立各专业学会的目的、任务和今后活动方针等问题讲了话。经过充分酝酿和民主协商,以无记名投票方式选举确定
According to the Chinese Society for Metals (85) Jin Xuezi No. 012 notice, the first meeting of the Rolling Society Council was held in Beijing on August 27-28, 1985. A total of 38 directors and relevant representatives attended the meeting, and the honorary vice chairman of Rolling Society, Comrade Li Songtang also attended the meeting. Comrade Tao Shaojie, Secretary-General of China Metallurgical Society, attended the meeting and made speeches on the purpose, tasks and guidelines for the future activities of the Institute of Foundations of the China Society of Metals. After full deliberation and democratic consultation, it was decided by secret ballot
