为了探讨及提高对主动脉窦瘤破裂的诊治水平。对２８例主动脉窦瘤破裂的病人进行了回顾性总结。诊断上除强调二维超声检查的重要性外，对其诱因、杂音、心率、脉压差等都应做具体分析。治疗上强调术前准备、术中心肌保护、补片的应用和主动脉瓣功能的检查及保护、防止主动脉瓣关闭不全及窦瘤的复发。本组除１例复发外全部１次修补成功。术后心功能恢复在２级以上。取得了良好的疗效
In order to explore and improve the diagnosis and treatment of aortic sinus aneurysm rupture. A retrospective review of 28 patients with ruptured aortic sinus aneurysms was performed. Apart from emphasizing the importance of two-dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosis, specific analysis should be made on its causes, noise, heart rate, and pulse pressure difference. Treatment emphasizes preoperative preparation, intraoperative myocardial protection, application of patch and examination and protection of aortic valve function, prevention of aortic valve insufficiency and recurrence of sinus aneurysm. In this group, except one case of recurrence, all 1 successful repair. Postoperative cardiac function recovery was above grade 2. Has achieved a good effect
