近日,国家工信部发布2012年《高耗能落后机电设备(产品)淘汰目录(第二批)》,该目录共涉及12大类135项设备(产品),包括电动机、工业锅炉、变压器等设备(产品),并规定“本目录自2012年10月1日起执行”。由于文件规定的执行时间并没有明确是开始淘汰,还是淘汰到位,我省在积极响应和推进过程中,为保险起见,在理解和执行中都定位成“淘汰到位”的时间。省有关部门已将电机淘汰工作列入今年专项审计工作中,并将于明年5月1日起对电机淘汰情况进行检查。这直接导致了执行电机淘汰计划出现一些问题。
