文章研究并且初步分析了高职院校女性学生的生理与心理特征,在体育课程中的诸多表现。得出结论为:高职院校的体育课程在其教学的主要内容、方法手段、相关要求、负荷强度等诸多方面应该符合女性学生的心理趋向;使学生的兴趣能够得到激发,心理能够得到正确引导,将学生作为课程的主体,进一步使学生的课堂积极性和主动性得到提升。
The article researches and analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of female students in vocational colleges and their performance in physical education curriculum. It concludes that the physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges should conform to the psychological trend of female students in many aspects such as the main content, methods and means, related requirements, load intensity and so on; the interest of students can be stimulated and the psychology can be correctly Guided by the students as the main course, to further enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of students in the classroom.
