常咯啉片为我国由常山乙素经结构改造创制的新药.常咯啉为淡黄色微小结晶,无臭、味苦,熔点190°～194℃,几乎不溶于水,可溶于乙醇等。每片含常咯啉200mg.口服后3～4小时血药浓度达最高峰,24小时内原药排出50%以上。适应症适用于各种病因所致的室性早搏、阵发性室性心动过速的治疗及预防;也可用于房性早搏、室上性心动过速、阵发性心房颤动和心房扑动、预激综合征等多种心律失常。实验表明其对抗乌头硷、哇巴因所致的心律失常,提高电刺激所致
