近年来,我国非公有制经济得到迅猛发展,有些地区在非公企业就业的职工数量已经超过了国有企业职工总数,但由于大部分非公企业规模小、管理不规范、工会力量薄弱甚至有的没有建立工会组织,一些职工合法权益受到侵害的事件时有发生,职工难以维护自己的合法权益。如何维护这部分企业职工的合法权益,是当前工会工作面临的一个重要课题。大连市总工会在这方面进行了有益的探索,为我们提供了宝贵的借鉴。
In recent years, the non-public sector of our economy has witnessed rapid development. In some areas, the number of employees employed in non-public enterprises has surpassed the total number of state-owned enterprises. However, most non-public enterprises are small-scale, have poor management, and even weak union powers The establishment of trade union organizations has caused some violations of the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members, which make it hard for workers to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. How to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees in these enterprises is an important issue facing the current union work. Dalian Federation of Trade Unions conducted a useful exploration in this regard, providing us with valuable reference.
