语言重复症(Palilalia)是一种以词组或单词的强迫性重复为特征的语言异常,由Souqucs在1908年首先报道。Boller等根据临床和神经病理发现推测可能与锥体外系的病损有关。Marie和Levy指出本症有以下特征:1.某些短语或单词的强迫性重复多于二次;2.语言单调,并有缩短词组的倾向;3.初时有速度明显增快的爆发性语言,以后渐转为滞缓。本症罕见,迄今仅见有6例报道。作者报道的第7例患者系男性,62岁,在散步时跌倒,出现左侧面部感觉异常及左眼失明。急诊入院时发现昏迷,四肢弛缓性瘫,双侧对光反射消
