随着社会的发展,国家对专业人才更为重视,我国的职业资格证书考核机制逐渐完善。职业资格是对从事某种职业的人员的知识、技能的基本要求,是特定职业对于劳动者要求的最低标准。如何做好职业学资格证书和教学的有效衔接是教育机构和院校面临的一大难题,高职院校要以就业为导向,以能力培养为己任,以实践教学为手段,提高学生的职业能力,促进其顺利就业。本文指出了职业资格证书与高职教学衔接存在的问题,针对如何做好二者的融合与衔接提出了几点有效的措施。
With the development of society, the state attaches more importance to professionals, and the assessment mechanism of vocational qualification certificates in our country has been gradually improved. Professional qualification is a basic requirement for the knowledge and skills of a person engaged in a certain occupation and is the minimum standard required by a particular occupation for the worker. How to do a good job vocational qualification certificate and the effective convergence of education institutions and institutions are facing a major problem, vocational colleges should be employment-oriented, ability to develop as their responsibility to practice teaching as a means to improve students’ career Ability to promote their smooth employment. This paper points out the problems existing in the link between vocational qualification certificate and higher vocational education and puts forward some effective measures for how to do the integration and connection between the two.
