采用病例对照研究方法,选取120例NGT和120例GDM作为研究对象,检测Calpain10基因SNP19位点基因型,并进行相关分析。结果(1)与NGT组相比,GDM组SNP19各基因型的分布无明显异常(P>0.05);(2)与NGT组相比较,GDM组SNP19位点等位基因D的频率显著升高(P<0.05);(3)NGT与GDM组内各种基因型与临床指标未见显著性差异。(P>0.05)。结论Calpain10基因SNP19变异与广东地区妊娠糖尿病的遗传易感性有关。
Using case-control study, 120 cases of NGT and 120 cases of GDM were selected as the research object to detect the genotype of SNP19 of Calpain10 gene and to make correlation analysis. Results (1) Compared with NGT group, there was no significant difference in the distribution of SNP19 genotypes in GDM group (P> 0.05). (2) Compared with NGT group, the frequency of allele D of SNP19 in GDM group was significantly increased (P <0.05). (3) There was no significant difference between genotypes and clinical indexes in NGT and GDM groups. (P> 0.05). Conclusion The variation of SNP19 of Calpain10 gene is associated with the genetic predisposition of gestational diabetes in Guangdong Province.
