据监测,2011上半年,东部七省(冀鲁苏浙闽粤琼)共召开部署社会经济发展的重要会议17次,共出台助益本省社会经济发展的重要文件25个,省委书记、省长省内调研91次、省外考察10次,会见中外企业单位负责人45次,共参与46次重要合作协议的签署。其中,省内调研成为书记、省长上半年的重点工作,而加强交流合作、加强和创新社会管理等工作也同样受到高度重视。
