市场营销是指导企业生存与发展的一种哲学,是一门招徕和保持顾客的艺术,其核心是使顾客满意。顾客始终是企业的“衣食父母”,故所有成功的企业都有一个共同点,即强调以顾客为中心,大力进行市场营销。在市场营销策略中,顾客策略是最重要的组成部分,是4C’S中的第一C。所谓顾客策略,就是把顾客当成自家人,想顾客之所想,不断地使顾客满意。
Marketing is a philosophy guiding the survival and development of an enterprise. It is an art of attracting and retaining customers. Its core is to make customers satisfied. The customer is always the “food and clothing parent” of the enterprise. Therefore, all successful enterprises have one thing in common, that is, they emphasize on the customer-centricity and vigorously carry out marketing. In the marketing strategy, customer strategy is the most important part, is the first 4C C’s. The so-called customer strategy, is to treat customers as their own people, like the customer’s thinking, continue to make customer satisfaction.
