近年来,使用呋喃丹拌种防治棉蚜,由于效果好,药效期长并有刺激作物生长的作用,深受群众欢迎。但是,由于单一、连续(指在生长期不科学地连续喷雾)、高剂量使用,导致防治效果逐年下降。为此,我们在1986、1987两年以本地棉蚜对96%呋喃丹进行了抗性测定。一、方法: 1.配制呋喃丹系列浓度:根据预备试验结果,配制5—6个系列浓度,使棉蚜死亡率在10—95%的范围内。 2.采样:于6月上旬在棉蚜盛发期,从未喷药防治的棉田采集有棉蚜的棉叶带回室内,用毛笔挑选体形大小一致的无翅成蚜放在白纸上待测。
