吉林省海龙县海龙镇税务分局,担负着148户工商企业和1个农村人民公社的税收征管工作。在党的正确领导下,从1958年以来,连续三年超额完成了税收计划,曾被评为省、专区、县、公社财贸系统的红旗单位。1961年,这个税务部门的全体干部,更是意气风发,干劲十足,千方百计地促进生产,积极加强征收管理,大力组织收入。到去年11月下旬就完成了全年收入任务。他们是怎样取得这些成绩的呢?
