洮南市借鉴国内外经验，结合平原林火发生规律及特点，设计制作了一台简易的火场定位仪，为本市林火的“打早”创造了条件。
Taonan City, drawing on the experience at home and abroad, combined with the laws and characteristics of the plain forest fire, designed and manufactured a simple fire locator for the city’s fire “hit early” to create the conditions.
