目的 了解我区壮族聚居地区内科医师继续医学教育现状 ,探索我区继续医学教育新路。方法 采取问卷形式 ,从 1980年～ 1999年对全区各级医院的内科医师进行调查。结果 分壮族组与汉族组进行比较。共发出问卷 80 0份 ,收回 44 0份 ,其中壮族占 2 4.5 % ,汉族占 75 .5 %。壮族组与汉族组对许多关于继续医学教育问题的看法均基本一致 ,要求进修迫切 ,希望到较好的医疗单位学习 ,尤其是医学院校的附属医院 ,并要求有业务水平高的带教老师 ,同时希望增加电脑、外语、统计学等学习内容。结论 教学医院的自身健设还需加大力度 ,应采取多渠道、多形式教学模式 ,以满足不同层次人群的求知欲望 ,推动我区继续医学教育的发展。
Objective To understand the current status of continuing medical education for physicians in Zhuang areas in our district and to explore new ways for continuing medical education in our district. Methods A survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire from 1980 to 1999 on physicians at all levels of the hospital. Results The Zhuang and Han groups were compared. A total of 80 questionnaires were issued and 44 0 were recalled, of which Zhuang people accounted for 24.5 percent and Han people accounted for 75.5%. The Zhuang and Han groups have basically the same views on many issues concerning continuing medical education. They require urgent studies and hope to learn from better medical institutions, especially affiliated hospitals in medical colleges, and require highly-skilled teachers to teach. At the same time, I hope to increase learning content such as computers, foreign languages, and statistics. Conclusion The teaching and training of teaching hospitals need to be strengthened, and multi-channel and multi-form teaching methods should be adopted to satisfy the desire for knowledge of different levels of people and promote the development of continuing medical education in our district.
