目的 进一步探讨电视辅助胸腔镜外科 (VATS)肺叶切除治疗 期～ a期肺癌的适应证和出现的并发症等。方法 收集从 1996年 4月～ 1999年 12月以来的 42例经 VATS肺叶切除治疗的肺癌病例进行总结。结果 在选择好适应证的条件下 , 期～ a期肺癌可以完成 VATS根治性肺叶切除。 VATS手术和常规开胸术的术后并发症的发生率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 期～ a期肺癌亦为 VATS的手术适应证 ,但术后应辅以综合治疗。
Objectives To further explore the indications and complications of lung cancer in the treatment of VATS lobectomy. Methods 42 cases of lung cancer treated with VATS lobectomy from April 1996 to December 1999 were collected for summary. Results Under the condition of good indication, stage-a lung cancer can be completed with VATS radical lobectomy. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between VATS and conventional thoracotomy (P > 0.05). Conclusion Stage-A lung cancer is also an indication for VATS, but it should be supplemented with comprehensive treatment.
