中性粒细胞是炎症部位数量最多的细胞。除了保护性作用外,由于其含有大量的中性和酸性蛋白酶以及产生的超氧化物及其它氧化反应产物,从而参与了病理状态下组织的破坏。中性粒细胞的积聚依靠炎症部位合成并释放的化学趋化物质的作用。本文将讨论化学趋化物质白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的化学趋化作用及其调节机理。
Neutrophils are the most inflamed cells. In addition to its protective effect, it participates in the destruction of tissues under pathological conditions due to its large amount of neutral and acidic proteases and the resulting superoxide and other oxidation reaction products. The accumulation of neutrophils depends on the chemotactic substance that is synthesized and released at the site of inflammation. This article will discuss chemoattractant chemotaxis and its regulatory mechanism of interleukin-8 (IL-8).
