中职学生是特殊的学生群体。中职阶段处于活跃而丰富多彩的青年期,是其个性发展和人格成熟的重要阶段,是由“自然人”向“社会人”发展、完成社会化任务的关键时期。国务院下发的《关于大力推进职业教育改革与发展的决定》中明确提出,中等职业学校要“加强文化基础教育、职业能力教育和身心健康教育,注重培养受教育者的专业技能、钻研精神、务实精神、创新精神和创业能力”。我们要真正重视和加强中职生的素质教育,加强对中职生进行文明礼仪教育、情感教育、生命智慧教育、社会适应能力教育,切实提高中职生的素养,实现学生幸福发展。
