高等职业教育是我国教育的一个重要组成部分,职业教育不能只注重学生专业技能知识的培养,还应该注重思想道德素质的提高,做到以德为本。但是在高等职业学校的现状中,普遍存在学生行为习惯和品德不高等问题,而这些都是实施德育教育方面遇到的问题。因此,在和谐社会视野中,应该创新沟通和管理方式、加强就业能力培养,在班级中开展合作小组学习,完善学生德育评价内容和评价主体多元化。
Higher vocational education is an important part of education in our country. Vocational education can not focus on the training of professional knowledge of students, but also emphasizes the improvement of ideological and moral qualities so as to be ethical. However, in the status quo of higher vocational schools, there are common problems such as student behavior and morality, which are all problems encountered in the implementation of moral education. Therefore, in the perspective of a harmonious society, we should innovate the ways of communication and management, strengthen the training of employability, carry out cooperative group learning in classes, improve the content of student moral evaluation and diversify the subject of evaluation.
