为配合国家重点科技攻关项目“中国煤成气形成赋存条件及资源评价”,研究我国煤成气资源量,定量评价煤成气资源的远景,探索煤成气的形成机理,地质矿产部石油地质综合大队在调查研究国内外有关热解模拟和热解测试仪器设备的基础上,研制成功有机岩热解模拟仪。该模拟仪由,(1)立式压力机,包括压力室(样品室)及上下两个千斤顶;(2)加热控温系统;(3)产物收集计量系统等三部分组成。它的样品室容量较大(可容一公斤岩样);最高加热温度840℃,最大压力为1200kg/cm~2。在以上高温高压下,密封好、不漏气、不变形,能准确、可靠地收集、计量气体、液体(油、水)产物。
In line with the national key scientific and technological project “the formation of coal-formed gas conditions and resource assessment in China”, the study of China’s coal gas resources, quantitative evaluation of coal gas resources perspective to explore the formation of coal gas mechanism, Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources Petroleum Based on the investigation of the domestic and international pyrolysis simulation and pyrolysis test equipment, the Geological General Brigade has developed a successful organic pyrolysis simulator. The simulator consists of (1) vertical press, including the pressure chamber (sample chamber) and two jacks up and down; (2) heating temperature control system; (3) product collection and measurement system composed of three parts. Its sample chamber has a large capacity (can accommodate one kilogram of rock sample); the maximum heating temperature is 840 ℃ and the maximum pressure is 1200kg / cm ~ 2. In the above high temperature and pressure, sealed, airtight, non-deformation, accurately and reliably collect, measure gas, liquid (oil, water) products.
