报告射精管梗阻引起的不育症5例，其主要表现为无精子或少精子症、精子活力降低以及射糖量减少，其中2例有反复性泌尿系感染病史。5例均行经尿道射精管切开术，术后精液量均增多，3例精液质量恢复。并结合文献对其病因、诊断及治疗效果进行讨论，认为射精管梗阻引起的不育症应引起临床重视，经直肠B超检查是诊断射精管梗阻的有效手段，射精管切开术能有效地改善精液质量。
5 cases of infertility caused by obstruction of the ejaculatory duct were reported. The main symptoms were azoospermia or oligospermia, reduction of sperm motility and decrease of the amount of sugar emission. Among them, 2 cases had a history of recurrent urinary tract infection. All the 5 patients underwent transurethral ejaculation, and the amount of semen increased after surgery. The quality of semen recovered in 3 cases. And the literature on the etiology, diagnosis and treatment effect is discussed, that the ejaculatory duct obstruction caused by infertility should cause clinical attention, transrectal B-ultrasound is an effective means of diagnosis of ejaculatory duct obstruction, cesarean section incision can effectively Improve semen quality.
