鳜Siniperca chuatsi(Basilewsky),隶属鲈形目,鲐科,肉味鲜美,是名贵食用鱼类之一。一般生活于静水或缓流水体,尤以水草丛生的湖泊为多。以鱼虾类为主要食物。近年来,鳜在市场上深受消费者的喜爱,促使鳜养殖在湘南地区得以迅速发展。结合我市水库资源丰富的实际,笔者于2004年8月～2005年4月,在双牌水库进行网箱培育鳜苗种试验,获得了成功,取得了很好的社会效益与经济效益。1材料与方法1．1网箱设置地点网箱设置于双牌水库,面积500hm~2,
