本文对采自不同地区的小菜蛾种群幼虫不同亚细胞层羧酸酯酶 (Car E)的活性分布及性质进行了研究。结果表明 ,敏感品系和抗性种群 Car E活性亚细胞分布没有明显差异。不同种群各亚细胞层 Car E活性以线粒体层分布最高 ,占 34%~ 52 % ;微粒体层最低 ,占 7%~ 16 %。抗性种群线粒体层 Car E活性明显高于敏感品系。各种群以上清液层 Car E与 α- NA的亲和力最高 ,且各种群间没有明显差异。云南、北京、武汉、宣化种群(F0 )线粒体层 Car E与 α- NA的亲和力最低。测定的六个种群线粒体层 Car E与 α- NA的亲和力大小依次为 :AVMs抗性品系 (F16) >云南种群 >武汉种群 >台湾敏感品系 >宣化种群 (F0 ) >北京种群
In this paper, the distribution and properties of carboxylesterase (CarE) in different subcellular larvae of Plutella xylostella collected from different regions were studied. The results showed that there was no significant difference in CarE activity among sensitive and resistant populations. The CarE activity of different subpopulations was highest in mitochondria, accounting for 34% -52% of the total, and lowest in microsome, accounting for 7% -16%. The mitochondrial CarE activity of resistant populations was significantly higher than that of susceptible lines. CarE and a-NA of the supernatant of each group had the highest affinity, and there was no significant difference among the groups. CarE had the lowest affinity with α-NA in the mitochondrial layer of Yunnan, Beijing, Wuhan and Xuanhua populations (F0). The affinity between CarE and α-NA in six mitochondrial layers was as follows: AVMs resistant strain (F16)> Yunnan population> Wuhan population> Taiwan sensitive strain> Xuanhua population (F0)> Beijing population
