在室内人工低温和自然低温条件下,研究了超级杂交稻及其亲本在芽期、苗期和抽穗扬花期的耐冷性。结果表明:超级杂交稻Y两优2号、Y两优1号及亲本远恢2号在芽期、苗期和抽穗扬花期均具有较强的耐冷性,不育系芽期耐冷能力依次为Y58S>培矮64S>广占63-4S,芽期5℃低温处理4 d的秧苗成苗率可作为籼稻耐冷性鉴定指标。杂交稻的耐冷性与父母本及其杂种优势均有关,选育耐冷性强的亲本,可提高杂交稻的耐冷能力。
The cold tolerance of super hybrid rice and its parents at bud, seedling and heading and flowering stage was studied under artificial low temperature and natural low temperature indoors. The results showed that the super hybrid rice Y Liangyou 2, Y Liangyou 1 and Yu Yuan Hui 2 all had strong cold tolerance at the bud, seedling and flowering stage, and the cold tolerance ability at the germination stage was Y58S> Pei’ai 64S> broadly accounted for 63-4S, seedling rate of seedlings which were treated at low temperature of 5 ℃ in budding stage for 4 days could be used as an indicator of cold tolerance in indica rice. The cold tolerance of hybrid rice was related to the parents and their heterosis. Breeding of cold-tolerance parents could increase the cold tolerance ability of hybrid rice.
