针对硫化过程中因模糊性与不确定性导致的塑胶产品成形过程难以控制、产品质量稳定性差的问题.提出一种智能融合控制策略.总结了复杂硫化过程中的控制难点,探讨了硫化过程的控制论特性,研究对不确定性复杂过程的控制策略,提出智能融合控制策略,基于仿人智能构造了控制算法.工程实现效果显示该策略的鲁棒性强、控制精度高.研究结果表明:智能融合控制策略对不确定性复杂硫化过程实施控制是可行与有效的.
Aiming at the problem that the plastic product forming process is difficult to control due to the fuzziness and uncertainty in the vulcanization process and the product quality is poorly stable, an intelligent fusion control strategy is proposed. The control difficulties in the complex vulcanization process are summarized, Control theory, research on the control strategy of the complex process with uncertainty, put forward the intelligent fusion control strategy, and construct the control algorithm based on artificial intelligence.The engineering realization shows that this strategy is robust and has high control precision.The results show that: It is feasible and effective to control the complex vulcanization process with uncertainty through intelligent fusion control strategy.
