天津化纤厂第三套空分装置分馏塔基础是采用冷箱基础施工的,其中耐低温混凝土是用水泥、泡沫剂和膨胀珍珠岩加水搅拌而成。通过多次试验和施工中的探索,保证了施工质量和设计要求,已经过一年多运转的考验。一、材料1.水泥:不低于425~#的普通硅酸盐水泥,现场实际采用朝鲜220~#水泥。2.骨料:膨胀珍珠岩,粒径0.3~1.2 mm,松散容重不大于65kg/m~3,含水率小于0.5%。3.外加剂:松香皂泡沫剂是用一定量的松香、碱、皮胶并加适量的水配制而成。二、配比水泥:膨胀珍珠岩=1:3(体积比);水灰比:0.7;沉入度:9.7cm;掺入7/10000(占水泥重量)松香皂泡剂。三、混凝土的配制1.先将水与松香皂泡沫剂倒入搅拌机内
