目的:探讨疤痕霜皮肤用药的安全性。方法:用家兔皮肤进行刺激性试验(n=8),连续给药7 d后观察疤痕霜对皮肤有无刺激性;用豚鼠皮肤进行主动过敏性试验(n=40),观察疤痕霜是否会引起皮肤或全身的过敏反应。结果:疤痕霜连续涂抹3日后出现轻度红斑,停药后一周红斑可逐渐消退,疤痕霜对豚鼠皮肤均无红斑及水肿等过敏反应。结论:疤痕霜对皮肤有轻度刺激性,停药后可自行消退,疤痕霜无皮肤和全身过敏性。
Objective: To investigate the safety of scar cream skin medication. Methods: Rabbit skin irritation test (n = 8), continuous administration of 7 d after the scars were observed on the skin irritation; active guinea pig skin allergy test (n = 40), to observe whether the scar cream Can cause skin or systemic anaphylaxis. Result: Scarred erythema appeared on the 3rd day after the continuous application of scar cream. One week after drug withdrawal, the erythema gradually subsided. Scar cream had no allergic reactions such as erythema and edema on guinea pig skin. Conclusion: Scars cream mild irritation to the skin, self-withdrawal after withdrawal, scar cream without skin and systemic allergies.
