近年来,苏联机械制造业广泛采用38X2HM钢制造轴、辊子、齿轮之类零件。试验表明,38X2HM钢完全可以代替34XH1M钢和40XH2MA钢。本文将38X2HM钢的主要工艺性能与34XH1M钢进行了比较,可在设计和金相方面供选择钢号时参考。表1列出了38X2HM钢和34XH1M钢的化学成分(%)。其过冷奥氏体分解热动力学曲线见图1。由图1可以看出,38X2HM钢和34XH1M钢的珠光体转变温
In recent years, the Soviet machinery manufacturing industry widely used 38X2HM steel shaft, rollers, gears and other parts. Experiments show that 38X2HM steel can replace 34XH1M steel and 40XH2MA steel. In this paper, the main process performance of 38X2HM steel is compared with that of 34XH1M steel, which can be used as a reference for steel selection in terms of design and metallography. Table 1 lists the chemical composition (%) of 38X2HM steel and 34XH1M steel. The thermal kinetic curve of its undercooling austenite decomposition is shown in Fig.1.
