辽阳石化总公司内部结算中心,推行已经三年多,其做法简单易行: (一)总公司建立一个结算中心,各附属单位连同总公司财务处都在结算中心开户。内部各单位之间经济往来,一律通过结算中心转帐。 (二)各附属单位的存款分为两部分,一部分存在人民银行,这是少量的,仅供日常零星支用;一部分存在内部结算中心,这是大量的。这两部分可互相划转。
The Internal Settlement Center of Liaoyang Petrochemical Corporation has been implemented for more than three years, and its approach is simple and easy: (1) The head office establishes a settlement center, and all subsidiary companies, together with the financial department of the head office, open accounts in the settlement center. All economic transactions between internal units will be transferred through the settlement center. (2) The deposits of the affiliated units are divided into two parts, some of which are in the People’s Bank of China. This is a small amount, which is used only for daily sporadic expenditures; some of them have internal settlement centers, which are numerous. These two parts can be transferred to each other.
