目的探讨ApoE基因多态性与冠心病、脑梗塞的相关关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析结合DNA直接银染技术,对正常群体、冠心病群体和脑梗塞群体ApoE基因第4外显子进行分析。结果经χ2检验,ApoE基因E3/E3基因型在对照组与冠心病组(P>0.25)和脑梗塞组(P>0.1)之间没有显著性差异;经小样本u检验,ApoE等位基因ε2在对照组与冠心病组(P>0.25)和脑梗塞组(P>0.1)之间,等位基因ε4对照组与冠心病组(P>0.1)和脑梗塞组(P>0.25)之间均无显著性差异。结论研究未发现ApoE基因多态性与冠心病和脑梗塞之间存在相关关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) combined with DNA direct silver staining was used to analyze exon 4 of ApoE gene in normal population, coronary heart disease group and cerebral infarction population. Results There was no significant difference of ApoE gene E3 / E3 genotype between CHD group (P> 0.25) and cerebral infarction group (P> 0.1) by χ2 test. After small sample u test, ApoE allele ε2 between control group and coronary heart disease group (P> 0.25) and cerebral infarction group (P> 0.1), allele ε4 control group and coronary heart disease group (P> 0.1) And cerebral infarction group (P> 0.25), no significant difference between. Conclusion The study found no correlation between ApoE gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.
