陕西陇宝西山为大面积中生代关山—牛头山花岗岩占据,残留的地层为一套中深变质岩系。望吴地区指望家坡—吴家坡一带约百余 km~2 的变质火山—沉积岩分布区。通过1977—1978年的工作,初步肯定该区存在一套变质细碧—石英角斑岩系。现总结成文,错误之处,敬请指正。一、区域地质概况陇宝西山出露地层为下古生界一套变质沉积—火山岩系,由下部碳酸盐岩组(Pz_1~a)、碎屑岩组(Pz_1~b)和上部变质火山—沉积岩组(Pz_1~c)组成。盖层为白垩系(K)、第三系(N)砂砾岩。构造单元属北祁连加里东褶皱带东延部分。变质火山—沉积岩组(Pz_1~c)广泛分布于望吴地区、陈家庙—
