21世纪以来,席卷全球的城市化浪潮,日益成为世界经济社会发展的增长极和辐射源。城市化问题也理所当然成为国内外研究关注的热点问题。本期我刊选登了一组关于北京京通天泰房地产开发有限公司的文章,并结合其具体项目,详细地介绍了它们如何从三间房乡实际出发,以“2463计划”为龙头,并抓住绿化隔离带地区建设的政策优势,对现有资源进行整合,培育新的经济增长点,从而带动全乡经济腾飞.加速推进城市化进程。希望这组文章能给正努力向城市化进程迈进的兄弟城镇及广大读者以启迪。
Since the 21st century, the wave of urbanization sweeping the globe has increasingly become the growth pole and radiation source of the world’s economic and social development. The issue of urbanization also naturally became a hot issue that has been studied at home and abroad.
