用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测38例病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患儿及28例正常儿的sIL2R;另用免疫转印技术检测血清中抗犬心肌线粒体ANT抗体。结果显示:(1)VMC患儿sIL2R明显高于正常组(P<001),sIL2R水平与患儿射血分数(EF)及肌酸激酶(CKMB)之间有良好的相关性;(2)VMC组血清抗犬ANT抗体检出率为263%,正常组为0,差异有显著性意义(P<001);(3)抗ANT抗体主要出现在sIL2R阳性组。提示VMC患儿有细胞免疫及体液免疫功能紊乱,并在VMC的发病及疾病进程中起重要作用;sIL2R可作为反映VMC患儿疾病活动情况及治疗、预后判断的指标;抗ANT抗体检出说明体液免疫所致代谢紊乱也参与了VMC的发病过程。
38 cases of viral myocarditis (VMC) and 28 normal children sIL 2R were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Anti-canine myocardial mitochondrial ANT antibody was detected by immunoblotting in serum. The results showed that: (1) sIL2R in children with VMC was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <001), sIL2R level was positively correlated with EF and CKMB (2) The detection rate of anti-ANT antibody in VMC group was 263% and that in normal group was 0, the difference was significant (P <001); (3) Anti-ANT antibody mainly appeared In sIL 2R positive group. Suggesting that VMC children with cellular immunity and humoral immune dysfunction and VMC in the pathogenesis and progression of the disease plays an important role; sIL 2R can be used as a reflection of VMC disease activity and treatment, prognosis indicators; anti-ANT antibody test A note of metabolic disorders caused by humoral immunity is also involved in the pathogenesis of VMC.
