变态反应性眼病的诊断常根据病史、外眼检查和结膜剖片。其基本症状是痒,其它症状和体征包括眼红、灼热感、畏光、泪溢、丝状粘性分泌物、结膜水肿、睑结膜乳头或铺路石样改变、球结膜滤泡及角膜缘Trantas小点(石灰状小白点)。点状角膜炎、盾状角膜溃疡和血管翳亦可出现。作者报告3例年龄均在30岁以上的患者,有典型的眼变态反应性体征,其眼部所见仅限于角膜缘。根据对其角膜缘的检查,诊断为变态反应性角膜缘炎。应用针对眼过敏性疾病的药物,收到良好效果。
