目的 探讨银杏提取物 (金纳多 )对 2型糖尿病患者 ( T2 DM)血液流变学及超氧化物岐化酶( SOD)的影响。方法 应用金纳多 1 5 ml加入 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 2 5 0 ml中静脉滴注 ,治疗 30例 2型糖尿病人 ,治疗前后测定其血液流变学及 SOD活性。结果 金纳多治疗后低切率全血比粘度降低 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、血小板粘附率均下降 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,体外血栓长度下降 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,湿重、干重均下降( P <0 .0 1 )。SOD活性增加 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论 金纳多可降低血液粘度 ,改善 SOD活性 ,防治糖尿病微循环障碍 ,减少血栓的形成
Objective To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on the hemorheology and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Thirty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with intravenous infusion of Ginaton 150 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml. The hemorrheology and SOD activity were measured before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, the low shear rate whole blood reduced the viscosity (P <0.01), the plasma viscosity, the whole blood reduced viscosity and the plate adhesion rate decreased (P <0.05), and the thrombus length decreased in vitro (P <0.05), wet weight and dry weight decreased (P <0.01). SOD activity increased (P <0.05). Conclusions Ginaton can reduce blood viscosity, improve SOD activity, prevent and treat diabetic microcirculation disorder and reduce thrombus formation
