去油清洗许多工业部门都离不开它,有的产品如果去油清洗不好,还会直接影响产品质量。以前,我厂电子管零件的去油清洗一直使用三氯乙烯(C_2HCl_3),这种有机溶剂对各种油脂都有很好的溶解作用,因此,被广泛地用在金属零件的去油工艺中。但它又是一种剧毒物质,不仅污染空气和地下水,同时也给工人健康带来一定的危害。现在我厂采用洗涂剂代替三氯乙烯,取得了一定效果,实现去油清洗无毒化。鉴于我厂去油清洗的零件种类和被油垢沾污的程度不同,有以下三种配
