皮下气孔是球铁生产中极为常见的一种铸造缺陷。我厂生产十余年球铁的实践证明,它对铸件质量的影响是十分严重的。特别是在生产4100柴油机球铁凸轮轴、齿轮等类零件时,因皮下气孔而报废的几乎占一半以上。
Subcutaneous stomatal is a very common casting defect in ductile iron production. The practice of producing more than ten years of ductile iron in our factory proves that its impact on the quality of castings is very serious. Especially in the production of 4100 diesel ductile iron camshafts, gears and other parts, due to subcutaneous foraging and almost accounted for more than half.
