公司社会责任认为,公司不能仅仅以为股东谋求营利作为自己唯一存在目的,而应当负有维护和增进利益相关者的义务。这些利益相关者包括雇员、客户、债权人、社区以及社会公众。而公司对雇员的社会责任则是公司社会责任的核心内容,本文正是从这个核心内容展开讨论的,先阐述了公司社会责任的理论意义,再结合我国关于劳工权益的立法、执法上的不完善之处,探求我国改善劳动者的生活、工作条件和保障其权益的可行之策,以让我国的公司都成为具有社会责任的公司,通过履行社会责任,增强竞争力,在国际竞争中立于不败之地。
