湖南省洞庭湖区是1991年我国严重洪涝灾害地区之一。笔者在水灾之后进行了反思。并在深入实地调查研究的基础上,探讨了该区水患的成因及根治洞庭湖水患的战略措施。
Dongting Lake area in Hunan Province was one of the areas with serious floods and floods in China in 1991. I made a reflection after the flood. On the basis of thorough field investigation and study, the causes of flooding in the area and the strategic measures to cure flood disaster in Dongting Lake are discussed.
