正常妊娠的维持有赖于多种因素的参与,如母-胎免疫耐受、足量的激素支持等,近年来的研究显示,半乳凝集素-1可以介导母-胎免疫耐受,并通过与黄体酮的协同作用参与正常妊娠的维持。而且,半乳凝集素-1与反复自发性流产(RSA)、子痫前期和妊娠期糖尿病的发生均有关联。对半乳凝集素-1的研究可以帮助我们更加深入地了解正常妊娠与异常妊娠,从而为妊娠相关疾病的诊断及治疗提供新的研究思路。
