茉莉和素馨同属木樨科茉莉属,它们的浸膏和净油是香料工业最名贵的产品之一。已报道过的素馨成分达上百种;我国生产的茉莉净油,近年来也开始研究,而对其头香成分的研究则尚无报道。以福州郊区茉莉花为原料,采用吹气-冷冻法捕集得头香样品(油、水两相)。水样具有浓郁的香气,油样更为强烈。1981年用九公斤鲜花得到水样约40毫升,油样约70微升。对所得油样进行了质谱鉴定,用PEG20M和OV101两种玻璃毛细管柱、在线性程序升温条件下,用双
