目的:比较美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)霜对耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效。方法:将2000年4月至2001年12月收治的96例146只耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤随机分为湿润烧膏治疗组(MEBO治疗组)和磺胺嘧啶银霜对照组(SD-Ag霜对照组)。MEBO治疗组50例,86只耳,SD-Ag对照组46例,60只耳,分别采用MEBO和SD-Ag霜治疗。结果:MEBO治疗组耳廓创面平均愈合时间19.5±3.0天,无一例发生化脓性耳软骨炎;SD-Ag霜组创面平均愈合时间24±2.5天,发生化脓性耳软骨炎者6例。组间相比均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:MEBO可促进耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤创面再生修复,减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To compare the curative effect of MEBO and SD-Ag cream on the deep second-degree burns in the auricle. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six cases with deep auricular sclerosis of 146 ears were randomly divided into two groups: MEBO treated group and silver sulfadiazine cream control group (SD-Ag cream control group) group). MEBO treatment group, 50 cases, 86 ears, SD-Ag control group, 46 cases, 60 ears, respectively, with MEBO and SD-Ag cream treatment. Results: The mean wound healing time was 19.5 ± 3.0 days in MEBO treatment group. There was no septic otitis externa in wounds in MEBO treatment group. The wound healing time was 24 ± 2.5 days in SD-Ag cream group, and 6 cases occurred septic ear cartilage inflammation. There was a significant difference between groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: MEBO can promote the regeneration and repair of deep second-degree burn wounds and reduce the incidence of complications.
