做好大中专毕业生的就业工作,是全省就业工作的重要组成部分,也是各级劳动保障部门的重要职责。各级劳动保障部门要认真贯彻落实国办(2003)49号文件和全国全省电视电话会议精神,密切配合各职能部门,积极发挥本部门的职能优势和作用,从六个方面努力做好大中专毕业生的就业工作。一、发挥各级促进就业责任体系的作用,统筹规划和组织开展大中专毕业生的就业工作。各级劳动保障部门要按照省委省政府办公厅下达的2003年促进就业目标责任制的通知要求,将大中专毕业生就业工作纳入当地就业的总体规划,纳入就业和失业的统计分析,作为年终考核的一个重要内容。要会同有关部门积极研究制定促进大中专毕业生就业的相关政策措施;通过促进就业了联席会议制度,分析就业形势,制定推进
