北京小学“红领巾社团”历来以队员的兴趣和个性发展为目标,以队员的自主选择、自主管理为前提,为队员提供才艺特长、社会交往、团队合作等方面的实践平台。近几年,为了深入开展红领巾社团活动,我们采取“教扶放”相结合的策略,力求社团的组建、干部培训、活动制度、社团展示更加规范化,让红领巾社团成为少先队员个性、能力展示的平台。在每次社团组建的初级阶段,都会以“我的社团我做主”为主题,开展社团申报,竞聘活动。
